TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALENDARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Missed meetings or scheduling conflicts
- Damages arising from use or inability to use the Service
- Damages arising from third-party actions
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
